Protection level and environmental adaptability
IP67 protection: dustproof and waterproof, can be immersed in water for a short time (1 meter depth, no leakage for 30 minutes). ‌‌
Extreme temperature: The working temperature range is -66 ℃ to 200 ℃, and some models can reach -65 ℃ to 175 ℃. ‌
Salt spray/mold: The cadmium/nickel/titanium alloy shell can withstand salt spray for 500-2000 hours and mold test for 28 days. ‌

Structure and Performance
Quick locking: bayonet rotation, steel ball locking, or multi head thread locking, supporting direct insertion or rotary insertion, with low separation force. ‌‌
Mechanical lifespan: 500 cycles of insertion and extraction, with some models reaching up to 1000 cycles. ‌
Signal transmission: Supports optoelectronic signal integration, with contact resistance ≤ 10m Ω and insulation resistance ≥ 5000m Ω. ‌

Standards and Certification
MIL-DTL-38999: US military standard, suitable for tactical weapons and aerospace systems. ‌
GJB599: Chinese military standard, compatible with MIL-DTL-38999, requiring vacuum resistance and radiation protection. ‌

Application scenarios
Tactical weapons, satellites, shipborne systems, etc. need to work stably under harsh conditions such as vibration (10-2000Hz) and impact (300g).
